杰兹建筑设计与德国萨克森州建筑教育协会国际教育中心达成合作协议：

Bau Bildung International (BBI) has been working on an international level since the 1990s. BBI offers courses in Construction with a mission to provide learning experience for students around the world that makes complex knowledge accessible through innovative learning formats.

JZs Architects focuses on researching and implementing eco-friendly, energy-efficient, and sustainable building practices to maintain these standards throughout a building's life cycle. JZs specializes in green building design consultation, certification, carbon asset development management, and assisting companies and brands in improving their ESG performance.

BBI and JZs Architects have come to a mutual understanding to share the responsibilities/ functions to develop educational collaboration with a focus on dual apprenticeship in construction and student summer courses in Germany. 

The general terms of co-operation shall be governed by this MoU. Both parties wish to formalize the understanding with the responsibilities mentioned below:

Areas of Collaboration:

·Design, develop and deliver training programs for the requirements of the German industry 

·Support in scouting employment and dual apprentice opportunities for the students at German industry (job orientation in Germany)

·Train the trainer program in China and Germany

·Student summer courses in Germany with German language and cultural training 

The development and implementation of specific activities based on this MoU will be separately discussed and agreed by both Parties.

自1990年代以来，Bau Bildung International（BBI）一直在国际层面上开展工作。BBI提供建筑课程，其使命是为全球学生提供学习体验，通过创新的学习形式使复杂的知识变得易于获取。

杰兹建筑设计专注于研究和实施节能环保和可持续的建筑，以及建筑全生命周期的绿色低碳。从事绿色建筑设计咨询、认证、碳资产开发管理，并协助公司和品牌提升其环境、社会和治理（ESG）绩效。

BBI和杰兹建筑设计达成共识，共同承担责任和职能，以发展聚焦于建筑领域双元制和学员赴德暑期（短期）课程的教育培训合作。合作的总体条款将由本谅解备忘录（MoU）规定：

合作领域：

·针对德国建筑行业业的需求，共同设计、开发和提供培训项目

·协助学员在德国建筑行业寻找就业和双元机会（德国就业导向）

·在中国和德国进行师资培训项目

·在德国提供含德语和文化培训的学生暑期（短期）课程

基于本谅解备忘录的具体活动的开发和实施将由双方另行讨论并达成一致。
